Need To Get Some Functionality & API's Created On a Wordpress Website

Hello Freelancers, Hope you all are doing great, thanks for sparing time for reading out this requirement. Website URL - [login to view URL] Need to Give a Login Option to My Users on the Website (SignIn/SignUp/Login Through Social Media - FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+) and once the user has created his account then he can go to his dashboard where he'll find the following options : 1. User can Upload His Documents and Save it In His Profile. He can even click a picture (On Desktop the Webcam will open and on mobile the mobile camera would open). Once the user has uploaded the photo he will get a photo editor where we can edit the size of the photo, add picture effects, crop the photo, etc and then save it to this profile. 2. User can Edit his Profile Details where he can fill his Personal, Educational, Work details. 3. User can convert the already uploaded or document (pdf, doc, xls, ppt, rtf, mp4, 3gp, etc.) into different formats, sizes and weight. For example User can compress the size of 2MB PDF doc by 50%, or he can change the size/dimension of a photo by entering the required height and width. 4. User can Contact the Admin Support for Any Queries or Problems. 5. User can Bookmark an Article on the Website for Later Viewing. 6. User can Bookmark a Category of the Website for Receiving notifications on any new article being added to that category. 7. User can set options for receiving notifications from the website in his account settings. And with these functionality I need the JSON REST API for the above implemented functionality which i can use to integrate in my Mobile App. The API will include : a. View/Add/Edit/Delete/Login User b. View/Add/Edit/Delete User Profile Details c. View/Add/Edit/Delete User Documents & Document Groups d. View/Manage User Bookmarked Articles & Categories. e. View/Manage User Account Settings. These are only initial set of points and if you are able to finish this up, and I have regular tasks on this website to hire you on monthly/weekly basis. Only serious bidders and no spammers. 2 milestones will be created of 50%-50% each, with 1st milestone to be released on 50% work completion and next 50% on 100% work completion. Freelancer with Minimum bid and quickest turnaround time will be selected. More details will be shared with the selected freelancer. Only those freelancers should bid who have earlier worked upon creating login process and API's on a wordpress website. Do not waste your and my time by un-necessary showing yourself capable to do it when you simply can't.
