Need mobile browser programmer! Problem with "hide/show header as scrolling scrollview down/up" (HTML, coding)

I have a mobile version of my website by this address: [login to view URL]
(all code inside of the footer)
I have a menu box, that is dropping out and in on the left top side.
It's working in Chrome, Opera, FireFox (inspect element).
It's working in Chrome (mobile).
That doesn't work in others mobile browsers, that menu just disappears after some time.
Please write "apple" in reply so I know you did read the topic and know what I'm talking about.
I need someone who can fix it, so it will be working on other mobile web browsers.
