Please read carefully before you contact and bid! This project is about developing a website that offers online tutoring and distance education. Teachers must be able to register in this website and submit their field of teaching and their experiences in their profile. They should also determine their hourly rates in their profile. They should be able to use the calendar in the their admin panel to determine which days and times they are available for online teaching. Students must be able to register in website. They should be able to search for tutors/teachers and filter and sort the search result according to their needs. They should be able to send message to teachers via website. After finding a proper teacher students must be able to book a lesson in the teachers calendar and pay for it. When students pay for a lesson system must automatically send the teacher’s Skype ID to the student and provide some information about the booking. If you know an ecommerce solution or Learning Management System (LMS) that already offers these feature you can install this solution on my webserver. If you do not know any LMS and software solution that offer these features you might use an online shopping system like Oscommerce, Magento, Opencart, … and change the code so it can offer those features that i mentioned. Developing the whole platform from beginning does not seem to be a logical solution as we do not need to reinventing the wheel again. Please let me know your opinion about the best solution for this project and finally let me know your rock bottom competitive price for this project.
