We have an antiquated website that needs to be updated badly. It is a flexible-content site with content being pushed from our PHP & MySQL back-end admin system and database.
The website will be for an expo company that promotes 15+ expos each year. Vendors, speakers, location, videos, etc should auto-populate from existing back-end admin system, resulting in a dynamic site with constantly updating content.
Must be able to work closely with back-end admin development team based in India.

1) The team must be able to deliver three(3) designs after going through our existing website and the sample direction websites.
2) After design is approved, the team should deliver the approved design into responsive HTML / HTML5 to our team in India who will be integrating the designs in our existing PHP website.
3) Scope of work is to create a new design and convert the approved design into responsive HTML / HTML5 pages including the JavaScript, Jquery, Bootstrap and support our team as needed for integration.
