Occasional Wordpress Site Development & Improvement

I have several Wordpress websites that occasionally need development and alteration work done on them as budget permits. Work on the sites was halted due to lack of funds, but will continue in the future. In the immediate time I seek to have a well-skilled Wordpress developer who I can call upon as needed, for small work. When funds become available for heavier work, the developer can do that work. Understand that for the present time I am seeking and choosing a developer who has ability to do small work when needed, and according to my needs and instructions. The heavier work can come in due time as funds allow. My websites are of varied purpose and are financially transactional, and are in different stages of development.
Ideally, I seek and desire a sincere Christian developer who is variously well-skilled in Wordpress, including CSS coding. A Christian developer will feel most comfortable with the work that must be done.
NOTE: This job is not going to do much for you financially until the future work is begun. But I want a good Wordpress developer retained and available if needed for small work. I need a developer who will allow time for my site funding to arrive. The developer is not limited but can work elsewhere as much as desired, but agrees to assist me when I need and ask for it. An hourly rate or half-hourly rate is acceptable. I expect work done for me to be efficient, effective, completely honest and with integrity. Theft and deliberate dishonesty will not be tolerated.
