I have a website which we sell online adult professional license courses, which are required to be reported to the state. But right now, we have to use a tool and manually upload a file to the state tool to report our completions and then the state of Florida emails us a confirmation back. We have a MYSQL database and a PHP website that uses Captivate courses for our students. I need a PHP, ASP, MYSQL, VISUAL PRO, COMPOSER EXPERT! Need to have our MYSQL/PHP system submit a file to the state USING their downloadable tool automatically at the end of every day.
