Mobile friendly web application will be suite for my requirement.
Users can Post / Submit each ticket for website.
Each ticket May have ID/ Category / Subcategory / Description / Priority / to select.
User can Edit each post before Agent accepts.
After agent log into site need to select Category/ Subcategory/ to view posted ticket.
Each agent can view ticket. If interested only can “Accept” the ticket.
If any ticket “accepts” by agent it needs to move inbox to each agent.
User can Rate each ticket from to According to the agent quality of responds.
Admin can see all post on all categories & sub categories.
