I have build a lot of IVR solutions, some of these are even vioce enabled, so the caller can choose the options either by their voice or using the keypad,
kindly let me know if you want I can arrange a demo of voice recognition in English (it can be done in other languages as well since it uses Google's speech api).
the IVR can be dynamic based on data from some database or some web service.
