Opencart on Ubuntu: resolve minor issues on checkout

2 issues to be solved: 1. layout at checkout page is not displayed correctly after adding a module that displays the "use coupon option" 2. Checkout when completing order, I get an "Internal server error". For the second issue, we have debugged and found the following error that pops up in the apache2 error log: [Mon Oct 15 16:43:35.252632 2018] [:error] [pid 14526] [client [login to view URL]] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '=>' (T_DOUBLE_ARROW) in /var/www/ourwebsite/shop/vqmod/vqcache/[login to view URL] on line 50, referer: [login to view URL] Who is able to solve the 2 issues? Please give me an idea of time needed. Will give you ssh access to the server, FTP access to the server and to the Opencart backend.
