Outgoing Email-Address-Changer
€250-750 EUR
Paid on delivery
I'm using an up-to-date Ubuntu (16.04 or 17.10) root server with Postfix as an email service. My sendmail is its Postfix to Sendmail compatibility interface. I'm sending emails using Alpine or from Thunderbird clients using Dovecot IMAPS or POP3S. Postfix crunches those emails and sends them out.
I want the sender addresses of my *outgoing* emails to be systematically changed from something like mickey@[login to view URL] to mickey.20180115101500@[login to view URL], containing an individual time stamp within each sent email message.
I want to do this to later identify where my email address have been harvested by a spammer, and to block harvested email addresses without blocking a whole account. I'm searching for a solution in text form: a patch, a script, a configuration file or written instructions.
