PDF Proof Print Upload, Save & Email

I have a script created by a previous Freelancer that doesn't meet the standard I was expecting. I am requiring someone with knowledge to be able to fix up (or re-create) a script where the option of either a single page pdf or 2 page pdf is loaded (drag & drop option or select option) into a webpage, and then when saved, it saves the uploaded pdf’s into a one page template and as a pdf, with the option to email the customer grabbing the customers email address from my sql table. The output needs to still display high quality and must render what ever size the pdf page/s I’ve inserted into aspect ratio. It’s a proof print page where the customer will then check all spelling etc prior to the job going to print. My current developer who has done wonderful jobs for me so far is unable to fix this script created by another freelancer as he has mentioned it needs more complex javascript which is beyond his programming knowledge. I am able to provide you with screen shots of how I want it to work and to output. I can also provide you what the previous freelancer created if that will save you time & me money. I can not stress enough that the quality of the artwork must be maintained once the created pdf proofs have been uploaded and saved/embedded in the new PDF, and that the aspect ratio is also maintained. The scripting needs to be able to handle various sized PDF's as they could be as simple as a business card to an A4 sized flyer or even larger, but the PDF that the customer receives will be A4 that they can zoom in on if necessary to check spelling. Please do not waste my time if you do not have the skills to perform this job. I'm over paying money and being duped!
