PHP help with roundcube email client plugins -- 2

I'm in a shared hosting environment under cPanel and installed roundcube email client written in PHP. It runs fine. Im trying to add two roundcube plugins - password and globaladderssbook. They are installed, but the instructions assume you have php and mysql and maybe some cpanel experience. I cant get them going on my own. I need help. Suppose to be simple, but not for me.:)
