You need to create a web application that, given a .txt file (.txt only) in input, generates MySQL code to add a new database (if not existent), a new table (if not existent) and a new record (if not existent).
If the database already exists, it will add the new table with the specified record. If both the database and the table already exist, it will add the new record. If the record already exists, it will print an error message on the webpage.
Content of the file:
The file contains a line with the name of the database, a line with the name of the table, a line per each of the fields in the specified table. Remember that the file can contain more than one entry, even with different database/table names. It could be similar to this:

Note: Between two different records, you always find the string "---"
