PHP Script Modification or Creation for User Referral Landing Pages

Brief Overview: I have a project that requires the following functioning, and Ideally... - I need a landing page (3 different themes or layouts or pages) - I need a secondary page (3-4 different themes or layouts or pages - to be displayed after a contact form submission) - I need a Contact Form on each of the Landing Pages (to collect visitor Name, Email and Phone) - I need the Contact Form Data to be collected by: Data sent to User's Email, and/or Added to a Contact List in the User's Profile Area, and/or if possible (based on cost) to also send Form Data to a List Platform similar to a MailChimp platform. - I need a User Management system, including Registration and Login functioning - I need a Referral type of functioning where the script will create a User URL that can track User Referrals - I need a Script that can be, based on using the User URL, allow certain User Profile Field Data to be inserted into the webpages You should be well versed in PHP, HTML, and CSS... and understand the concept of Referral URL's, Tracking and Membership or User functioning as well as basic SEO knowledge and site security. Having said that, I have a few options of how to achieve this, and I'm looking to see which option would be the Best, Easiest and/or most cost-effective option. Option 1- I have a PHP Script (or I will IF this project can be done within my budget) that currently has most of the required features already, and is actually very close to what I am trying to do (explained above), and I would then need someone who would be able to make some modifications to that existing PHP Script, that would include Adding Additional User Fields, Modifying the Page Themes or Layouts and adding a couple of extra pages or layouts... Here are a couple of Demo Pages of the current Script I am referring to, so you can see how the Script Works and maybe be able to understand how it works currently so you can understand what I'm trying to do a little better. If this is something that you will be able to do, I can provide more detailed info of what we want, if needed. This will allow you to Login to the Back-End : [login to view URL] The Username / Password are already entered and should be : admin / admin Once logged-in, there is an "Admin" Link very Top Left and in the Menu Area there is a "Dashboard" Link and another "Admin" Link where you can find the User Account Profile Info and the User Account Settings. The actual User's Page that visitors see when they go to the User's URL looks like this : [login to view URL] (the /Admin is the UserID and this allows for each User to have their own pages) Option 2- I have a PHP Script (or I will IF this project can be done within my budget) that is a User Management Script allowing User Registration, Login, Profile Updating... I would then need to have the Referral Functioning added, and the Landing Pages and Secondary Pages Created and Integrated with the Data provided based on the User Profile Fields Option 3- Ideally, If this can be done... Basically, Option 2 above, using the PHP User Management Script and Create a PHP Referral Script that would allow me (Admin) to Create my own webpages using some type of {shortcodes} or other Coding to allow me to display User Data on pages based on the User's URL (for example, [login to view URL]) So I am looking to find someone who is able to do this type of work and be able to give me the best options available.
