This simple project will be to build two pages that will be used to accept requests to determine the insurance charges for various shipments and to log when insurance is requested to be purchased for a shipment.
When a shipment is posted via the “PostShipmnet” API, the tool will determine if a client is authorized to purchase insurance by checking the “Active” field for the CustomerID provided in the post. If the customer is inactive, the script would respond with an error message indicating that their account is inactive.
