I need Price comparison Calculator script easy to edit
It must include following options:
user will enter 3 or 4 value like
item price
item type
item weight
after user enter this 4 values script will Calculate like
item price + shipping price with x company+ fees + customs+ tax
fees and customs and tax will be Calculate Depending on the item type
and every company will have a different prices
=final price from every company
Instead of showing one price I would like it to show few different prices from 6 different company. in good table
something like

I don't need any admin panel to lower the cost
it can be just edit values manual by edit script files
or
It can be a database where I would upload a file from excel or something like that
