Print sticker/barcode label directly from browser on a (DYMO) printer

I am looking for someone to create a function that will accept an array of label information and create a barcode label and print it automatically to label printer, all with one function call. This will be printed on a DYMO 450 LabelWriter and will be printed out vertically on a 3.5 inch x 1.4 inch label. see the attached photo for example. This needs to be done in php/javascript. We will have the browser set to silent printing to avoid the print preview box from appearing. This must work as follows: 1. print_tags function is called 2. barcode labels are printed automatically to label printer for each item in the array in the format shown in the photos. You must be able to create a function that both creates the label and print it out to the label printer. 2 weeks timeframe
