Product imported through CSV Template linking to an existing product and new one

I have had a custom plugin developed so that products can be in tabs on the product page with different categories. The business sells printers, labels, ribbons + more. Many different printers have different specifications and fit different labels and ribbons which makes it very important to have a user-friendly structure. I have so far imported over 1000 products to the website but I now need to link the relevant labels/ribbons to the right printer etc. Is it possible to create a CSV import that will automatically assign the products to the right tabs in the product page?
