After reviewing the ePaperRoad Product Design PowerPoints I would call it as web application for medical records rather website due to it's broad functional requirements. 2. In the description is written that "This is a developed project". Anyway, I just finished an eHealth project(mobile only for the moment) and I would be happy to do yours with my team as well. Hi. I am an experienced back-end developer. I am not a graphic designer, but I can work with graphics you supply. I can do this for you, but I have a few concerns about the specifications as given. First, I do not see any information about what data is to be stored, or how. I have no problem with database design, or anything of that nature. However, you have given a time frame of "8 weeks"... that's somewhere on the order of a new page per day, or more, along with its associated data and data relationships. Plus email and SMS functionality, and HIPAA compliance... and let's not forget testing. I very much doubt an 8-week timeframe is realistic. I'm just being honest. I think twice that is probably closer to what it will actually require. The first step in a project of this nature should be database design. Without proper data and data organization, the rest of it will be a wash. I will put my bid in for $40/hr, which is pretty low for someone in the U.S. with my experience (12 years of website building). But I do so with the understanding that given my extensive experience, I honestly do not think your timeframe is realistic. Also, I would suggest doing this in Ruby on Rails, which is what I am most familiar with, and which in my opinion is probably the best option for this application. (Also, you need private secure hosting. You cannot host your site on AWS and also be HIPAA compliant.)
