I have a Joomla project I want to make some design adjustment on the structure of the Template the project have two versions (English LTR / Arabic RTL) The page should have the same look like the attached photo... The project design (all pages) will be adapted identically to the reference design (JPG file attached with the project description) in both language Arabic (RTL) English (LTR) HTML5/Responsive The developer should have access to the project/template folder via FTP The developer should have access to the website Back-End for configuring the Pages / Templates / Modules / Plugins / Extensions... The developper once finishing the job, should deliver the template as an installable template... Timeline: 4 days 10% down payment 40% after 2 days (50% of the tasks should be finished) 40% after last 2 days (all development should be finished) 10% will be after fixing all issues (and should be finished between 2 days from the date of project delivery)
