PURPOSE The purpose of this application is to develop a simple interactive program to manage construction projects. What I am trying to achieve is to have complete management of the cash flow of each PROJECT. There are many software's or Online ERP that make this possible. They don't fit my needs as they are very specific because they are based on inventory entries.   What I need is just enter total amounts of QUOTES, PAYMENTS and INVOICE´S of SALES and PURCHASES of different CLIENTS and SUPPLIERS for different PROJECTS, associating the cash flow of different BANK ACCOUNTS. An essential tool of this project is that each time a SALE or PURCHASE is entered and saved, the same program send notice to several users that need to be aware of determinate information. Another importart part of the project is the TASK assignment. Besides all information can be available, filtered, exported into an Excel document and all attached information downloadable. The online software that have more similarities to the interacting program I need is called ZOHO ( [login to view URL] ).
