I have built a pricing model in excel and I need the html/javascript/CSS code for my website. It starts with a questionnaire including four questions; sales amount in $, number of transactions, % of sales and a dropdown to determine what industry the user is in. Two different base prices will be determined by the industry the user picked and these will feed into the backend. On the backend, there will be two different pricing models. The answers from the questionnaire and the formulas in the pricing models will generate a list of providers and their pricing, sorted with the lowest price at the top. The pricing models include a pricing grid and several different pricing calculations. The number of formulas used in the pricing models are about 15 and they consist of the following: IF ISERROR LOOKUP The website will obviously have to work well on a phone/tablet.
