Raspberry Pi configuration Webinterface

I'm looking for someone, who can create a modern configuration website, with user protection, for a configuration site on a raspberry pi system. Following settings should be configurable via the webinterface: - Networksettings --> IP / SNM / GW / DNS - Real Time Clock and Soft Clock Configuration --> System commands can be provided by me --> NTP configuration --> Timezone configuration - System user management for the raspbian system --> System user management, to change passwords. - Button to reboot the system - Language switchabale - Optional: --> File Access Gui of the raspbian system --> Restart of a defined service It is required to provide the web interface as a Debian package and an integrated web server. The code should be clean and extendable. Before the project will start, It's required to send a small mockup of the interface, about how it will looks like.
