I am currently using a very simple php script to convert NWS cap files for weather warnings to JSON format. There are some additional things that are missing from the JSON that I would like to add. Please inquire before bidding for more details. I will provide all links needed and file for off server work. Access to our server won't be provided for this job. Please ask questions before bidding.
