We're building a Real Estate website using the premium Houzez ([login to view URL]) Wordpress theme. Most of the basic work has been setup already: layout, pages, logo and some other graphics, color choices, menus, plugin choices, widgets, etc. We're currently on Siteground hosting but will be moving to Bluehost in near future. Are currently in staging phase (not live). Looking for a creative freelancer who is able to think with us, make suggestions/recommendations, optimize/fix code, optimize/fix plugins & make sure everything is compatible, customization work, integrate external databases, make it SEO/SMO friendly & ready, etc. We are flexible as to payment: can be milestone/project-based or hourly paid. If happy, we can make the developer/freelancer our permanent go-to person towards future maintenance/developing work. Communication, initiative & flexibility are key traits we are looking for. Long-lasting and transparent collaborative relationship is our goal here on Freelancer
