Rebuilding a php website project from an old Laravel project

You need to fully transform a project from laravel into regular php. You may adapt some scripts from the old laravel site, but you must reproduce clean php scripts in the new website pages and functions. This includes:
* Rebuilding the site pages and main functions into a new site with a new database using clean php codes. (site template, registration, profile page and past experiences, education, etc.)
* Add a reviews systems that reads from the profile page
* Add events management module that reads both the profile, past activities and reviews
* Integrate a new admin dashboard (template already available) and make required customization for its content
* Add user accounts restrictions
* Add e-commerce system (e.g. woocommerce for php or any similar systems with the right user permissions by account, recurring payments, tracking, discounts, managing payments and managing membership levels/types)
* Add payment gateways including (cash, paypal, visa, etc) to the e-commerce system integrated to the website and admin dashboard
* SEO optimization
