Reconfigure opencart admin area to work on new domain

I have recently moved an opencart website to this domain: opencarttest.info. The front end works fine, however when I try and login to admin it diverts back to the old domain name. I need the configuration file updated to new domain.
Also, I cannot remember the admin login, this would need resetting via database.
