My website [login to view URL] has been offline for more than 3 months now despite I have hosting and domain active in my account. I contacted Godaddy support team, the hosting agent did some troubleshooting steps like he changed the theme from Divi to Default, disabled all the plugins etc but the issue was not resolved. The error on the website is http error 500 and many solutions are available on the internet to resolve it. I tried all the solutions including the one which is available on Godaddy forums but the problem has not been resolved yet. Finally, I restored the whole website using a backup copy but still no luck. After restore it is not even showing http error message. I have a backup copy of my website.
