Hi, if the program was built for XP, it is not guaranteed to work on WIndows 10, or even install. I will need to take a visual look at what is going wrong, in order to diagnose the issue. You may want to execute the installer in "Windows XP Compatibility mode", by right clicking on the installer/.EXE.??
