I will create a program which will scrap the site and get the scores, odds etc, so you can analyse them. I also suggest a database eg ms access or mysql. Excel does not write data actually real time, so you will need something better for this. Regarding comparison, since you will have all data, you can check whatever you like, or ask me to add specific views, eg if odds had go lower or higher and other parameters.
