Hi, I read through your project description very well and I am interest in doing this project. I am a professional freelance developer with 4 years experience in developing mobile apps, websites and desktop applications. I've done a screen recorder and sharing application before for windows operating systems. I had a server that did screen recording and sent the images to a remote client. The application enabled a remote client to view screens of local computers. It was done in c# and it had a WPF graphical user interface. The same concept can be applied in making the application you want. Only the user interface will change, the rest of the logic will remain if the desired application will run on windows. A url link will be used to access the server and the images of the user interface will be sent to the browser. Thats the approach that I will use. If you have any other features or constraints please inform me so that I can adjust my design or approach. I believe that I can do this project because I have done something similar to it before.
