Script to parse data from a website

I am looking for a guy who can parse data from a website.

I want to have a textbox, where I can enter some ids.

By clicking on run, the following shall happen for each id entered:

1. The link [login to view URL][id] is opened.

2. From the website, there are five information parsed out of a structured document.

3. A pause of 5-10 seconds between two crawls is done.

After parsing all the information of the ids, the information shall be downloaded in a csv file.

Important:

The website shall be accessed via proxies. I will provide a list of working ones. The proxy used shall be randomly selected.
