Secure File Streamer and Injector

Client is a piece of software that securely communicates with a php script server side to verify a persons log in information is correct and the person has access to the files that we sell. Verified by their usergroup on an IPB(invision powerboard forum) mysql The user can then select the file they want, the file is streamed directly to memory to prevent leaking of the file and then injected into the specified targeted application. Server side should allow us to upload an encrypted /packed file, specify which usergroups get access to the file and which program it will inject into when loaded by the client. This is a simple project that I will want many features added to it in the future and will hire the same coder to add more features.
