Hi, I like your idea, but it's competitive field, and i am not very much on the business side. I can help you as a partner in building this. I can work on the different modules based on functionality or feature set decided. And I am not sure on the terms of business, because i never been i partnership before. This looks to me like a big project. Have you worked out the design for this? Why PHP? why not Python? we need to discuss in detail about this. By the way, I have masters degree in computer applications from a reputed Indian University (National Institute of Technology). I am more interested in the task and the challenge of this work than the money incentive. I would like to work on this long term.

This would actually cost more than you think if you want something on that scale. You'd need to for sure have the ability to get investment and numerous backers. I know of a lot of what might be needed but you'd have to seriously up the range of what you are offering to make this a reality to be honest. But I can work with you if this is what you want to make this happen at least on a development side. This still wouldn't be cheap to make a reality though. Anyone that states it will be will not do it right. For one, I wouldn't recommend using PHP/C for this. I'd recommend AWS Serverless development. To give an idea on where I come from: I started out as a web developer coding themes and plugins for WordPress so for me this is where my beginnings are. I do know PHP, MySQL, how WordPress itself works, etc. But I also have experience beyond WordPress including javascript frameworks (ReactJS, ReduxJS, etc), TypeScript, NodeJS, MongoDB, and have even dabbled in Amazon Web Services. I'm also experienced with SCSS and have incorporated its use into themes that I've built in the past (though it has to be pre-compiled before use, but it makes designing the CSS of a site VERY easy and quicker). I have a certification in Web Technologies through the British Columbia Institute of Technology and my first time in university I had majored in Creative Writing. If you work with me, I'll do my best to keep the price low. Partly because I am new to this site so as to build up my reputation.
