Recently, my Shopify expert updated the theme and the video on the home page suddenly shop functioning on the landing page on certain browsers. Website: [login to view URL] We have tested on the following browser and these are the test results:- • Microsoft Edge – Positive Result. Background Video AutoPlay. • Mozilla Firefox – Positive Result. Background Video AutoPlay. • Internet Explorer – Positive Result. Background Video AutoPlay. • Chrome – Negative Result. Video Missing. Layout Messed Up • Chrome – Negative Result. Background Video Not Playing Please see enclosed for screenshot of the results. I believe that this is just a small coding issue as this was working perfectly before the theme update. I need a Shopify expert to troubleshoot to find and rectify this issue.
