SHOPIFY EXPERT ONLY! Make a request function for porduct page

CONTACT ONLY IF YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH SHOPIFY!!! Hello, first i need a shopify expert for a small project, to add the following function to my Shopify onlineshop: I have an Onlineshop and some of the products in my Onlineshop can't be directly bought. To buy them the visitor should need to make a direct request for the product. I thought about managing that with the "[login to view URL] function (The products for request only have already a special [login to view URL]). So, depending on the product type - there will 2 different available - , the product page should show an "Add to cart" OR "Make a request" button. For the request button there should pop up a contact form when clicking on it, where users can fill out there personal data to get a individual quote for this product. The other Products should have the normal "add to cart" button. I will give you a example page where you can see what i mean. Second is just a designing error i have which should be solved very easy... Pls contact only if you know Shopify and how it works!!! The last freelancer had absolutly no clue what he was doing and wasted my time and got nothing!
