Shoutcast Flash player + iFrame

I would like to start an internet radio and currently I am creating website for it. I would like to have someone to create me a embedded shoutcast flash player that will be on top of the page that will play radio as soon as user enters the website. When user moves on the website to visit different pages player should play music constantly without breaking. This will be done thru iFrame. Also I would like to have on top of the bar different icons so user can select external player as well. Look and styling is very important for this project.
