Show files from 3 directories in 3 columns in table and each files creation/modified date next the file and also sorted by the date added

I'm looking for some assistance with getting this working. I need it done within a few hours.
In the root I have an [login to view URL] file and I also have 3 folders. Images get randomly added to these folders, what I want to do is within 3 columns (<td>) in a table is to show (sort) the latest files in each folder with their creation/modified date, or basically the date they were added.
I've added a screenshot to show what I want. So a table, 3 columns, in each column to show the latest images in each folder, so all image in folder 1 to show all the latest images with the timestamp of each image, then folder2, folder 3 the same.
This shouldn't take an experienced PHP developer that long to do.
