We have custom coded a funnel in the tool Clickfunnel (I will share the code with you) - it is a survey funnel that gathers feedback from a user and then asks for a star rating. If the star rating is poor it sends the user to a sorry page. If the star rating is good (4 or 5) it sends them to a thank you page. Currently, we cannot see the actual star rating that is given. So we have to guess the rating. We need to see the star rating as an output. On top of this - we need to automate the response. We currently manually send emails based on the response (positive/negative). We need to send an automated email out if feedback is positive. It needs to contain the feedback text that the user input. If this project goes well we will have much more. I have attached the code for you to review.
