Simple Content Reload With New WordPress Theme

This project should be very simple for someone who is experienced. If this project seems difficult in any way, please do not bid. We are paying for a completed project only, and not for time spent.

OBJECTIVE
We need a new WordPress theme activated and the current content will need page-by page adjusting. There are 25 pages on our brochure-style website for our small CPA accounting firm.
DETAILS
We purchased the Be Theme and want to use this as our WordPress theme. We anticiapte there will be page-by-page adjustments to make sure the old page content meshes with the new theme. The FTP and WordPress credentials will be provided to the winning bidder.
COMPLETED PROJECT
The project will be completed when the site files and database file have been sent in a Tarball after the "Objective" has been completed.
EXPECTATIONS
1 - All page slugs must remain the same (no exception without approval)
2 - The home page banner will have a video background for desktop & tablet. Mobile devices will see a static image.
3 - Any additional users, plugins, or site modifications require approval
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You are being hired to perform services on our intellectual propertly. Access to our proprietary site files and database is granted on a conditional basis while you perform these services. When services are complete, all intellectual property will remain property of our company without exception.
