Simple control panel prototype

Hello! We need to build a small web application prototype - 9 pages / 3 database tables MVC PHP application working with Angular.js or other Javascript frontend. Mostly it will have static pages with hardcoded texts presented according state of database fields. Final result should work like following example (user-rich frontend Javascript without page reloading on the server side): [login to view URL] It has already functionality needed, so I can buy the script and that project will be extended according the specification (or developed from scratch? pick what is faster and easier) OVERALL FUNCTIONALITY NEEDED: a) CRUD user account management (create, list, edit and delete user accounts) - user with site administrator role will be able to manage other user accounts. (This is already provided by code above or other scaffolding packages) b) User dashboard area - when normal users log in they are presented a dashboard with pages (website management, add new, delete, manage cache, backups and staging site, SFTP and database connection). Active menu item should be highlighted when browsing the menu. Mostly static pages, following actions have to be implemented here: - login and logout for users (ready from script above) - buttons connected to test methods. When user clicks any button, a Javascript loading / progress bar shows up in the front-end to indicate an action is taking place. It will call a PHP controller with passed parameters (eg. string text user has filled in). This controller executes a shell_exec("php sleep(5)") method, or the Process Component in Laravel that starts a unix command on the server. As a simulation, PHP will sleep for 5 seconds. After it returns the output, user is presented a popup that the action has been finished and the loader stops. c) on one page, we need to show / list all the files existing in a specific folder. User picks a file and after submitting this file ID or path is passed into controller REQUIREMENTS: -it is a mockup with mostly blank / static functionality but it should look professionally like a complete product with a simple, clean design. Has to be interactive Angular or Javascript / Ajax based without page reloading on the back-end side -must run on PHP 7 and CentOS 7.2 linux server -app coded in PHP MVC framework such as Laravel according to OOP principles Deployment server and development domain is ready for use. I attached a document with complete specification. It contains all the screens / wireframes - but the design can be different. We just need to put that menu structure into some menu / admin form. Database relations have been modeled (ER inside spec doc). I would like to know, what is the budget and timeframe, in what this project can be achieved.
