Simple Online Flash Game Site(Wheel of Fortune)

I'm looking for a developer who can build a simple game(Wheel of Fortune) site. The game is something like [login to view URL]

In this site, playing the game, players can get some points. After getting certain points, players can exchange those to bitcoin.

Players can buy points with bitcoin, and bet with points.

The points can be exchanged to bitcoin in anytime.

The design of this website must be simple and straight forward.

Basically it should have following features:

- Sign up and Sign in (also a user can sign in with google account)

- Player Page (especially for exchanging bitcoin)

- Playing “wheel of fortune”

- Chatting room

- Can be shown the transactions of bitcoin.

This game site is just for fun of bitcoin users, so the site should not be too complicated but to be easy to play.
