Simple video streaming system using AWS MediaLive -- 2

I need a simple streaming system that authenticates the user (I would like to use AWS Cognito) and allows authorized users to broadcast from a webcam source to a AWS Elemental MediaLive stream. This should be completely web based. I then need the other users to be able to view the stream.
