Hi there, I can upgrade your website and later on apply the same changes you had on the previous version. If those modifications are just HTML and CSS, can transfer those after I have upgraded your forum. If the modifications are in the php files of the forums, I can compare files to apply the same modifications, however these might not be compatible but we can work something out. I can't work by hourly rates, because I work remotely, but we could work something out.
