Input data for inbound visa, passport and attestation applicant into the following field. Module 1: Visa SL, Name, Country (Drop Down), Passport Number, Type Of Visa (Drop Down), Type of Entry(Drop Down), Days of Stay, Address, Telephone, Visa Fee, Receipt Number, date of application MRV number. 1. Once the Type of visa and Type of Entry selected the Visa Fee will populate automatically 2. Receipt number will generate auto and it is the unique number for each application. You can count it as primary key of each table. 3. Once the form filled two or more application receipt Like Cash receipt will print showing Name, Country, Passport number, Visa Type, Visa Fee, Receipt Number etc. for applicant and Office. 4. Multiple search criteria: Search by name, passport number, telephone, Receipt number etc. 5. Generate report: Monthly, yearly. By Country, By visa type etc. Module 3: Passport Module for passport application: Field: SL No, Receipt Number, Name, Phone number, address, Current Passport number, Application type (Drop Down), Delivery type, Fee, Date of application, New passport (this field will update later on once new passport issued) 1. Receipt Number will be unique and primary key, 2. Once the application type and Delivery type selected the fee field will populate automatically. 3. Multiple search criteria: Search by name, passport number, telephone, Receipt number etc. 4. Generate report: Monthly, yearly. By Country, By visa type etc. Module 3: Attestation Module for collection fee for attesting document: Field: SL No, Receipt Number, Type of document (Drop Down), Fee 1.
