sotware to record streaming radio

I need simple a software that can record streaming audio in the cloud for radio Pass FM jakarta ( [login to view URL]) [login to view URL] i want to be able to set automatic recording at certain period of time that i want. then i can download the recording in mp3 file. i want it to be on cloud since my computer is not always on. no need nice interface just simple and easy to use. my budget maximum is 75usd
