SPIGOT Minecraft Plugin

I want a horse Claim plugin for my Minecraft Equestrian Server. Here are the commands, and what I want the commands to do. Before doing any of the commands, the horse they want to do these commands with must have tamed them. Claiming: /h claim (name) This will make the persons horse they're riding (with a saddle and is tamed) claimed specifically by them. When someone tries right clicking (mounting the horse) it will say "This horse is owned by [username]!" Summoning/TPing the horse to you: /h summon (name) The horse must be tamed in order to do this. After command is done the horse will summon by the rider. Kill: /h kill (name) If a player no longer wants a certain horse they have claimed, they will have an option to kill it. Trusting other Players to ride your horse: /h trust (player name) (horse name) This will let players let each other ride others horses without getting a message. UNTRUST: /h untrust (player name) (horse name) Horse List: /h list This will list all your horses that you have claimed. It will show hopefully something like this: Horse List: - - - Then list all the horses the player has with their names. Hopefully one can do this! Thanks!
