We need developer to develop a Standalone PHP Script Frame work that can allow us to build different directory listing + Market place websites in different niches.
Please note that:
We do not intend to use Wordpress at all, however we will provide you a Wordpress based theme that will give you an idea of the concept. As well as the CMS system.
Our Frame work should have an inbuilt CMS system like (elementor for WordPress) that can allow us to custom our web application pages as per our needs.
We do not intend to use Wordpress at all, hence we request you to apply only if you can work with PHP and can develop a standalone PHP 7 script code using the provided Wordpress theme for inspiration purpose for the project.
The Theme we will provide you for the inspiration will have almost 60% + similarity as far the features, CMS Framework, work flow is concern.

Along with the existing features in the theme some more features needs to be developed such as booking integration, Payment gateways, Different Types of user accounts, Lazy loadings, etc.
