Support with small test open cart project (part 1 - assessment of project so far, and recommendations)

I work full time and would like to get a test open cart website up and running, I have some basic skills so have setup hosting and done some basic configuration, for this test there are only 2 products at the moment, I would like to see this site working well so I can add products and develop it. It is a part time personal project, but should be longer term if it goes well. I am looking for a helpful, easy going support person to help me get the best out of the site. My budget is quite low, but my timescales will not be urgent or demanding. I will break the project into simple stages as it progresses. This first stage is assessment, have a look at the site and tell me what is needed to get completed and the subsequent stages will be marketing and web promotion. Comms will be e-mail. This will be relatively low level tech wise so suits moderate skill levels though some open cart expertise is essential, thanks for any bidders, will most likely leave it 24hrs before accepting. I am relatively new to freelancer so please bear with me over processes and timescales.
