Telegram Script integrating Instagram

Telegram Script, The script will be designed to be exactly like the wolfglobal_b0t in telegram group ([login to view URL]). This checks when a person posts an instagram link, and then checks the 5/10 people above them to see if the new person that pasted there link actually commented on there instagram picture. This should be developed so that I can either add it to my Dx5 group (last 5 people comments), or my Dx10 group (last 10 people comments),... Where I can alter it myself via my telegram ID. (I can say group 1 Dx5, group 2 Dx10... Etc, should run in multiple group at the same time). This should only work in the groups that I specify to be activated in so random people can not use it. Please monitor the performance of that wolfglobal script on the telegram link above as it should work like that. When people write its either Dx5 or Dx10 as start of there message followed by a space and @username. Next line contains there instagram link. Next lines contains wording if they want specific words on there comments. Example: Dx5 @apple [login to view URL] Please comment something about how good it tastes (@apple is username that they linked the above pictures with... So you should be checking if @apple commented on the above 5 links) When people miss a comment or more they will be warned. 3 warnings is a ban. When someone is banned there warning points go back to 0. Admins are able to reset the warns for a telegram user. Bans should be based on there telegram ID and not username. You must also install this on our server. Payment will only be released when everything is working and installed on our server (debain 9). There will be no partial or upfront payments. Code/script must also be provided to me at end of payment. Lastly, this project will fix any bugs or errors for next 6 months. And have revisions done to bot before we release milestone so we would be happy with its performance.
